The Payette River - I took this from the road. It's hard to describe how loud, wide, and awe-inspiring the river is at this time of year.
Cougar Mountain Lodge - twice, when I was younger, I warmed my frozen toes at the wood stove in the back room, after being stranded on the mountain in winter.
